School of the New Spirituality at Columbia, South Carolina I am so excited about starting a book/movie club in Columbia, SC. We are calling the group, The "New Spirituality" Consciousness in Action Group. As a pioneering advocate for children and youth struggling in systems that do not honor their spiritual nature, their gifts, their talents, their genius, or the potential of their unique creative expression, I am anticipating our beginnings, and really look forward to see who shows up. Our group is open to all ages to honor the voice, equality of all souls. I see a community coming together, of all ages, types, skills and desires to form a "Founding Family" that embraces that We are all One, and that we will move together in collaboration and collective direction to Learn, Live, and Lead, peace and unity in ourselves, our homes, schools, communities, and in our world and beyond. I invite parents who wonder how to nourish a child's character and spiritual nature... teachers seeking to foster the whole child... religious and spiritual leaders who want to become spiritual partners to support our youth and their connection to a source of faith... and health care providers seeking to share and catalyze healing and well-being... parents, grandparents, friends wanting to understand our children and youth... any and all counselors and community leaders working with children and families. As we come together, uniting in community, collaborative and collective direction, one activity we will be exploring together is the "Part of the Change" book by Neale Donald Walsch. "We are going to experience ourselves as the Changers and the Changed." We are going to be announcing ourselves to each other, agreeing with ourselves about each other, and much more...
